Anne Leach McManis, age 83, of Holiday, Florida, and a former resident of Wellston, passed away Friday, July 29, 2022, at her home in Florida.  She was born October 22, 1938 in Marietta, Ohio, daughter of the late Paul Joseph Leach and Lorena Thorne Leach.  Anne attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic School and graduated from Wellston High School with the class of 1956.  She attended St. Vincent De Paul Roman Catholic Church in Holiday, Florida.  Anne loved horseback riding and enjoyed traveling and gardening.  She is survived by her children, Teresa Walker of Wellston and Robert Walker of Orient, Oh.; sister, Kathy Leach Carroll of Cincinnati; brothers, David Leach (Jane) of Jackson and Tim Leach of Orlando, Florida; along with 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Anne was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry McManis; brother, Michael Leach; and sister, Carol Leach Smith.  Calling hours will be Saturday, August 6th from 10 a.m.to 11:30 a.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 p.m. at Sts.
