Barbara Sue Kincaid, age 84, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, January 1, 2026, at Edgewood Manor of Wellston.  She was born November 18, 1941 in Orton, Ohio, daughter of the late Walter Raymond Roof and Nellie M. Thomason Roof.  For several years, Barb was a dietician at Jenkins Care Community in Wellston.  She was a former member of the Wagon Wheelers Club in Jackson where she absolutely loved square dancing with friends.  Barb always enjoyed spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, taking care of her pets, mushroom hunting, and taking trips to watch the boats on the Ohio River.  She was a member of the Wellston Freewill Baptist Church.  Barb is survived by her children, Dennis Kincaid (Theresa), Rhonda Evans (John Bryant), and Donald Kincaid (Tina); grandchildren, Josh Black (Tomi), Amanda Wallace (Dereck), Jerod Evans (Ashli), Christopher Kincaid (Kristin), Nick Kincaid (Quincey), and Spencer Kincaid (Mikayla); great-grandchildren, Dylon, Keaton, Kamden, Felix, Kaylen, Trey, Aden, Max, Arlo, and Sabrina; great-great-granddaughter, Sylvie; siblings, Sandra Lambert, John Roof, Walt Roof, Sr. (Ellen), Grace Tribby, and Evelyn Emmert, along with several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Barb was preceded in death by brothers, Donnie Roof, Gerald Roof, and Harold Roof.  Calling hours will be Wednesday, January 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  A Celebration of Life service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ed Barney officiating.  Burial will be in the Mt.
