Betty C. Burchett, age 86, of Grove City, and a former resident of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at Four Winds Community in Jackson, Ohio.  She was born October 17, 1938 in Wellston, Ohio, daughter of the late John E. Graham and Martha Pope Graham.  Betty was a homemaker and 1956 graduate of Wellston High School.  She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Rhonda Burchett of Grove City, and grandchildren, Trent Burchett and Brittney Burchett.  Besides her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Burchett in 2007, and her sister and brother-in-law, Rozella and Tom Dalton.  In keeping with Betty's request, there will be no calling hours.  A private graveside service will be held in Ridgewood Cemetery with Pastor Tim Jones officiating.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Betty's memory be made to a favorite charity of one's choice.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
