William Ray "Bill" Kisor, age 75, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, February 12, 2026, at his home.  He was born May 14, 1950 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Howard W. Kisor and Katherine S. Lenegar Kisor.  Bill retired as a foreman from the Wellston Aerosol Plant where he was employed for 33 years.  Bill loved fishing and enjoyed camping, working in his garden, and spending time with his family.  He is survived by his wife, Sandy Ann Parker Kisor; children, William Kisor II, Gregory Kisor (Beth Ann), Kimberly Massie (Gary "Rock"), Stacie Staley (Kenny), and Joe Kisor (Alfreda); brothers, Glen Kisor (Jenny) and Bert Kisor; sister, Kathy Kisor, along with 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Katherine Kisor, and brother, David Kisor.  Calling hours will be Sunday, February 15, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 2 p.m. with Pastor Rick Kincaid officiating.  Burial will be in the Salem Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
