Obituary

Billie Jo Perry, age 55, of Radcliff, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2020, at the Ohio State University James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  She was born September 11, 1964 in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late Allen E. Perry and Virginia Ann Davis Perry.  Billie graduated in 1982 from Vinton County High School and Buckeye Hills Career Center.  She was a loving mother and homemaker, who enjoyed fishing, watching The Golden Girls on television, and spending time with her "Baby Cheesecake".  She is survived by her longtime companion, Bill Bowman of Prattsville; children, Joey Smith of Circleville, Virginia McCloy of Jackson and Shane Smith of Jackson; grandchildren, Amber McCloy and Addison Johnson; brothers, Allen Perry, Mark Perry, Russell Perry and Sean Perry, all of Radcliff; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Perry.  Calling hours will be Saturday, February 15, 2020, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will be Sunday, February 16, 2020, at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Rev.
