  Billy Finn, age 64, of Wellston, went on his final adventure, home to Heaven to be with Jesus, on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. He was born February 7, 1962 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Bill Finn, Sr. and Sandy Kowalski Atwood. Billy was a kind soul and gentle person who never knew a stranger. To know Billy was to love Billy, and many did. Billy made his mark as an entrepreneur washing windows, raking leaves, and anything else anyone needed done. He is survived by a family who adored him, and not just for his dishwashing skills, including his sister, Dawn Coleman of Wellston; nephew Mike Coleman (Angela) of Wellston; niece Amy Joseph (Will) of McMechen, WV; nephew Ried Coleman (Kelly) of Wheeling, WV; niece Abby Coleman (Shaun) and his beloved Junie Bug all of Middleport, OH. Besides his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alexander and Margaret Kowalski and William W. and Arlene Finn; sister, Lisa Barnett; and nephew, Jake Saunders. In the words of Billy “I’m leaving this here until your mother gets home, you kids bore me.” You will be forever missed Billy Lee, Uncle B. A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 4th, at 1pm , at McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston with Pastor Rich Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com. “I made the lights out.”
