Bruce W. McKinniss, age 71, of Wilkesville, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at his home.  He was born October 26, 1953 in Marion, Ohio, son of the late Charles R. McKinniss and Sadie M. Thacker McKinniss.  Bruce was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He is survived by his brothers, Michael McKinniss and Greg "Pee Wee" McKinniss, both of Marion, and nieces and nephew, Nicole McKinniss, Brittany McKinniss, Brandi McKinniss and Mike McKinniss.  In keeping with Bruce's wishes, cremation followed his passing, and burial will be at a later date in Curry Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
