Pastor Charles Hall, age 70 of Jackson, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026, at his home.  He was born June 6, 1955 in Vinton County, Ohio, son of the late Ned Hall and Mildred Ann Hamilton Hall.  Charles graduated from Vinton County High School with the class of 1973.  He retired from McNally Pittsburg and was the owner and operator of Hall's Water Well  Drilling for several years.  His true calling, however, was spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ.  Charles served as a pastor for 36 years, having ministered at several churches, including Blaze of Glory Church in Reno, Ohio.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening, as well as being a talented musician.  Charles played the guitar, was a song writer, and loved singing with his wife.  Together they recorded several gospel albums.  Charles loved spending time with his family and working with other pastors.  He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Wonda K. Barnett Hall; daughters, Sherleena Buchman (Joseph) and Sharlie Roux (Jim); grandchildren, Jonah, Jeremiah, Erika, Jimma, Kat, Lucas and Drew; great-grandson, Acey, along with one on the way; siblings, Randolph Hall (Leda), Debbie Barron (Bill), John Hall (Erica), Annie Smith (Rick), Susie Brown (Rick) and Ned Hall (Jenny), along with several nieces and nephews.  Calling hours will be Monday, March 9, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pentecostal Holiness House of Prayer.  A Celebration of Life service will follow the calling hours at 3 p.m. with Pastor Rick Smith officiating.  Burial will be in the Hamden Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.
