Gene Christopher "Chris" Tribby, age 60, of Wellston, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020, at his home.  He was born March 12, 1960 in Gallipolis, Ohio to the late Harold Gene Tribby and Susan M. Jenkins Tribby.  Chris was a 1978 graduate of Wellston High School.  He received his Bachelor's of Education Degree from Ohio University and his Master's Degree in Learning Disabilities from Rio Grande College. Chris enjoyed traveling around to different churches to worship, and he believed that God should always come first.  He also enjoyed motorcycle riding, walking, animals, and nature in general.  Chris is survived by his brother, David Jay Tribby of Lucasville.  In keeping with Chris' request, cremation followed his death.  Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
