Clifton Eugene Hager, Jr.

  Clifton Eugene “Cliff” Hager, Jr., age 57, of Wellston, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2026, at his home. He was born March 25, 1969 in Fremont, California, son of the late Clifton Eugene Hager, Sr. and Elma Marie Davis Castning. Cliff was a graduate of Wellston High School. He was a hard worker all his life having been a self-employed contractor specializing in installing flooring. Whenever he could, Cliff enjoyed going fishing and riding motorcycles. He is survived by several family members including his sister, Sheila Rotolo. In keeping with Cliff’s request, cremation followed his passing. Burial will be at a later date in Byer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.
