Curtis Ryan Moore, age 38, of Hamden, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2024, following a courageous battle with cancer.  He was born July 16, 1986 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Charles Hugh "Chuck" Moore and Pamela Gayle Edwards Moore.  Curtis graduated from Vinton County High School with the class of 2005.  He was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting and scrappin'.  Curtis is survived by his parents, Chuck and Pam Moore of Hamden; daughter, Journeigh Moore of Wellston; son, Mayjor Moore of Hamden; brother, Bill Moore (Amanda Muncy) of Jackson; niece, Kamryn Muncy; step-children, Mayson and Madolyn; special friend, Tricia Wilburn; best friend, Whitney Downard, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Jean Moore and Albert and Barbara Ruckle.  Calling hours will be Wednesday, November 20th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Graveside service will follow the calling hours at 1:30 p.m. at the Salem Cemetery in Wellston with Pastor Josh Landrum officiating.
