David John Marshall Bishop, age 54, of Wellston, passed away Friday morning, December 29, 2023, at his home.  He was born February 27, 1969 in Corby, England to Samuel D. Bishop and Rosemary A. Marshall Bishop.  Davey, as he was known to many, graduated from Wellston High School with the class of 1988, and was a forklift operator at Bellisio Foods.  He enjoyed watching football and NASCAR, and listening to '80's "hair band" music, especially Def Leppard.  Davey is survived by his mother, Rosemary Bishop; son, David Edward Marshall Bishop, sister, Alison Taylor (Scott); and nieces and nephews, Marlee, Ashley, Donovan, Brodee, Conner, Alex and Nay.  He was preceded in death by his father, Samuel Bishop.  Davey requested cremation follow his passing.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
