Deborah Sue (DePue) Johnson, age 66, of Albany, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  She was born September 15, 1957 in McArthur, Ohio, daughter of the late Harold and Rita (Perry) DePue.  Debbie was a loving housewife and homemaker who enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting, gardening and working in her flowers.  She also loved playing family games, card games, and rolling the dice.  Most of all, Debbie treasured spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Russell James Johnson; children, Amy Wickline (Michael), Stacy Gilliland (Tom Garrett), Roger Gilliland, Jr. (Savannah), and Stephanie Criner (Ryan); siblings, Beulah Carpenter (Larry), Sharon Stone (Melvin), Darlene Stacey, and Keith DePue; along with 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Ronnie, Marvin, and Dennis DePue; great-niece, Tracy DePue; brother-in-law, Stan Stacey; and sister-in-law, Judy DePue.  Calling hours will be Monday, April 1st, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Pastor Dave Staiger officiating.  Burial will be in the Bean Hill Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
