Donald Ray Hill

  Donald Ray Hill, age 60, of Athens, passed away Monday, September 1, 2026 , at Ohio Health O’Bleness Hospital in Athens, Ohio. He was born January 11, 1966, in Columbus Ohio, son of the late Donald Harold Hill and Doris Jean O’Neill. Don graduated from Wellston High School with the class of 1984. He enjoyed fishing, working on cars, and he loved his children. Don is survived by his children, Jonathan, Ashly, Leanna, Brock, Maci, Braelyn, Maddie, and Keagan; his sisters, Debbie and Lisa; and seven grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Amos Trout; his son, Joshua; his daughter, Keeleigh,  his nephew, Cody; and one grandchild. In keeping with Don’s request, cremation followed his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.
