Donna Jean McNeely, age 73, of Wellston, passed away Friday, June 23, 2023, at The Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.  She was born April 22, 1950 in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of the late Samuel and Marjorie (McNellis) Claar.  Donna was a loving wife, mother, and homemaker who enjoyed going to flea markets and yard sales, traveling, and socializing with her friends.  She was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Fellowship, the Red Hat Society, and the Wellston Senior Citizens.  Her sweet and kind personality will be missed by all who knew her.  Donna is survived by her sons, Roaby Browning (Alan), A.J. Browning, and Mark McNeely; brother, Paul Claar (Leona); as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of close friends.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Allen Browning and Roy McNeely; and longtime companion, Harold Seymour.  Calling hours will be Tuesday, June 27th, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 2 p.m. with Pastor Tim Jones officiating.  Burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in Donna's memory be given to the Jackson County Humane Society, P.O.
