Keith Remy

Francis Keith Remy, age 83, of Wellston, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at his home. He was born April 25, 1943 in Jackson County, Ohio, son of the late Earl Anthony Remy and Frances Wylodine Bryant Remy. Keith retired from Addington Coal Mine where he was employed for over 20 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Keith is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Cindy Remy; stepdaughters, Desera Denney Certain and Danielle Denney Fife; brothers, Ronnie Remy and Elmer Remy; best friend, Mike Young, along with 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy A. Jenkins Remy in 2014; grandson, Damon Jacob Remy; and two brothers. In keeping with Keith’s wishes, there will be no services and cremation followed his passing. Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.
