Wade Franklin "Frank" Taylor, age 78, of Vinton, passed away Saturday, April 18, 2026, at his home.  He was born November 24, 1947 in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Maurice Taylor and Mabel Keener Taylor.  Frank was a self-employed auto mechanic for many years, and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing, going to flea markets, and being outside mowing the grass.  Frank is survived by his children, Crystal Keller of Chillicothe, Wade Taylor of Vinton, and Robin Taylor (Casey Rhodes) of Vinton; grandchildren, Logan Taylor, Emma Keller, and Taylor Rhodes; niece, Cathy Scarberry; nephews, Chuck Ousley, Reece Taylor, Bruce Taylor, and Lee Taylor, along with several cousins and friends.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 36 years, Rose Marie Lowe Taylor in 2016; brothers, Bruce Taylor and Henry Taylor; and sisters, Lou Satterfield and Reva Ousley.  Calling hours will be Thursday, April 23, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 7 p.m. with Pastor Tim Jones officiating.  In keeping with Frank's request, cremation will follow the service, and burial will be in the Radcliff Cemetery at the convenience of the family.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
