Heath Allen Phillips, age 27, of Wellston, passed away Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at his home.  He was born March 26, 1993, in Gallipolis, Ohio to Richard A. Phillips and Roberta L. Clarkson.  Heath always enjoyed farming, hunting and fishing.  He is survived by his father, Rick Phillips of Wellston; his daughter, Raegan; sister, Kimberly Hopper of Jackson; grandmothers, Rana Phillips of Wellston and Edna Clarkson of Beaver; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Heath was preceded in death by his mother, Roberta; and grandfathers, John Phillips and George Clarkson.  A celebration of Heath's life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
