Herbert E. "Bo" Ousley, age 68, of New Plymouth, passed away Monday morning, October 31, 2022, at his home.  He was born April 19, 1954 in McArthur, Ohio, son of the late Herbert D. Ousley and Florence C. Hughes Ousley.  Bo was a pipe foreman with Conie Construction in Columbus, from where he retired following 26 years of employment.  He was an outdoorsman who was an avid hunter of all types.  He also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.  Bo was a member of the Coon Hunters Club and the Ohio Gamefowl Breeders Association.  He is survived by his wife, Shirley R. Peoples Ousley; children, Bryan Ousley (Robin) of McArthur and Carla Ousley (Van) of New Plymouth; grandchildren, Brett Ousley (Kim), Timmothy Ousley (Bailey), Chase Ward (Summer), Kelly Ward (Ryan) and Colby Ward; great-grandchildren, Jaiden, Taylee, Tinlee, Amiyah and Jase; and brother, Jerry Ousley (Diane) of Creola.  Besides his parents, Bo was preceded in death by his brother, Clarence Michael Ousley.  Calling hours will be Wednesday, November 2nd, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will be Thursday, November 3rd, at 11 a.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Peoples officiating.  Burial will follow in the Elk Cemetery in McArthur.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
