Isaiah Daniel Bartoe, age 18, of McArthur, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024.  He was born to Richard A. Bartoe, Jr. and Sara R. Chesser Bartoe on July 30, 2006 in Chillicothe, Ohio.  Isaiah graduated from Vinton County High School this past summer with the class of 2024.  He was a carpenter and outdoorsman who loved the woods and enjoyed hunting, fishing and mud running.  Isaiah was a very ornery, as well as a fun-loving person who enjoyed having a good time and living life to the fullest every day.  He was very kind and always ready to help others at any time.  Isaiah is survived by his father, Ricky Bartoe, Jr.; brother, Zachary Bartoe (Lily); sister, Jaylynn Bartoe; grandparents, Teresa and Kevin Chesser and Karen and Richard Bartoe; aunts, Jessica Prater (Aaron) and Rachel Chesser (Glen Faulk); uncle, Shaun Chesser; cousins, Darrick Prater (Courtney), Tyra Prater, Lealand Prater, Madi Thompson, and Zayden Thompson; special baby cousin whom he adored, Violet Prater; and best friend, Ethan Nickels.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Sara Bartoe.  A celebration of Isaiah's life will be held Sunday, December 22nd, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the McArthur Fireman's Hall.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
