Jeffrey Allen Steele, age 64, of New Plymouth, passed away Sunday, March 21, 2021, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan, Ohio.  He was born July 28, 1956 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Boyd and Iva (Lindhorst) Steele.  Jeff was a construction worker and a "Jack of all Trades".  He always enjoyed spending time with his family, especially watching his grandchildren playing sports.  He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Gro Rode Steele; children, Keith Steele, Kyle Steele and Lakin Steele; step-children, Gina Black, Steffen Minnick, Leif Smith and Per Smith; siblings, Boyd, Kathy, Karen, Ivy, Paul and Joe; as well as several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his brothers, Jim, Bob and Pat.  Calling hours will be Thursday, March 25, 2021, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  In keeping with Jeff's wishes, cremation will follow.  For those choosing to attend the calling hours, facial coverings are required inside the building along with the practice of social distancing.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
