Joyce Elaine Davis, age 64, of Wellston, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025, at her home.  She was born September 21, 1960 in Gallipolis, Ohio to William Dwaine "Wayne" Henry and Mary Marguerite "Margie" Whiting Henry Sprague.  Joyce was a 1978 graduate of Wellston High School and Buckeye Hills Career Center.  In years past, she was employed at Kuppenheimer Manufacturing, also known as the Pants Factory, in Wellston.  Joyce was presently employed by the Wellston City Schools for whom she loved driving a school bus for 25 years.  She was constantly busy doing something and was very meticulous at all she did.  Joyce loved her family, and they were always a big part of her everyday life.  In her spare time, she enjoyed going to the casino and going on family vacations.  Joyce is survived by her mother and step-father, Margie and Dave Sprague; children, Chad Davis (Mandy) and Jennifer Davis (Tony Costello) grandchildren, Blake Frisby, Ally Davis, and Jade Costello; great-grandson, Asher Frisby; brothers, Pete Henry and Randy Henry; nephews, Jason and Wesley; niece, Emma; great-nephew, Maddox, along with several cousins and friends, including special cousin, Glenna Farris, and special friend, Sharon Costello.  She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Henry, and her husband of 42 years, Arnold R. "Tinker" Davis, Jr.  In keeping with Joyce's wishes, cremation followed her passing.  A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contribution be made in Joyce's memory to the American Cancer Society.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
