Kimberly Dawn Smith, age 53, of Piqua, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023, at her home.  She was born May 24, 1969 in Oak Hill, Ohio, daughter of the late Daniel B. West and Pamela S. Smith West.  Kim was a 1987 graduate of Vinton County High School and Southeastern Business College.  She was a former assistant manager and teller with Oak Hill Banks.  Kim was of the Christian faith and formerly attended Log Pile Church.  She enjoyed nature, birdwatching and going shopping, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.  Kim's beautiful smile and sweet personality will always be remembered by all that knew her.  She is survived by her husband, Lou Smith; sons, Gabe West of Jackson, Andrew Doles (Jennifer) of South Shore, Kentucky, and Josh Doles of Ray; grandchildren, Xavier West, Noah Francia, Allison Doles and Natalie Doles; and brother, George West of West Virginia.  Calling hours will be Tuesday, January 17th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Pastor Phil Griffith officiating.  Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Jackson.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
