Obituary

Kimberly Hall, age 69, of Wellston, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia.  He was born April 13, 1955 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Carson Hall and Allie Nadine Johnson Hall.  Kim was a 1974 graduate of North Gallia High School in Gallipolis where he was a distinguished athlete. He had a passion for all sports that remained with him throughout his life.  At a young age, Kim held the honor of becoming an Eagle Scout, which set the foundation for the character that carried him through a lifetime.  He was an avid hunter, loved working on his farm, and was constantly busy doing something, whether it was a remodeling job or numerous other projects.  Most of all, Kim's life revolved around his family and the cherished times spent with them.  He was the former owner and operator of Hall's Construction Co. and retired from the International Union of Operating Engineers Local #18.  Kim attended End Time Harvest Church for 15 years and now faithfully attended Fire Church in Wellston.  He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Tammy Jean Rife Hall; children, Amy Willison (Craig) and Dustin Kimberly Hall (Melinda); grandchildren, Kyle Willison, Tyler Willison, Victoria Willison, Layla Kimberly Hall, and Killian Hall; siblings, Pam Conroy, Angie McCoy (Clyde), Alan Hall (Linda), Rockie Hall, and Joey Hall, along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, April 12th at 1 p.m. at Fire Church, 901 South Railroad Avenue in Wellston, with Pastor David Collins officiating.  Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.  Burial will be in the Addison-Reynolds Cemetery in Addison.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
