Lawrence M. "Larry" Rapp, age 66, of Wellston, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019, at his residence.  He was born June 26, 1953 in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Franklin M. Rapp and Darlene Grubbs Rapp.  Larry was a former employee of OSCO and Osborne Recycling.  He is survived by children, Amanda Rapp and Larry Rapp, both of Florida; sisters, Margaret Lanning (Vale) of Jackson, Ava Denney (Casey) of Jackson and Rita Jarvis (Steve) of Wellston; along with 1 grandson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  Besides his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his son, Timmy Rapp; and brothers, Leroy Mosier, Franklin Rapp and Rick Rapp.  Private services will be held at the convenience of the family and burial will be in the Salem Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
