Linda Sue Hollingshead, age 74, of Wellston, passed away Friday, September 1, 2023, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.  She was born February 1, 1949 in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Everett T. Hollingshead and Marjorie L. Jayjohn Hollingshead.  Linda loved spending time with her twin sister, Karen, and Karen's dog Coco.  They had a special relationship like no other.  Linda also enjoyed shopping, watching true crime shows on television, and socializing and attending church services with her friends at Edgewood Manor.  Throughout her life, she was a member of various clubs and organizations including the Moose Lodge, American Legion Post 371 Ladies Auxiliary, and the 40 & 8.  Linda is survived by her sister, Karen L. Hollingshead; nieces and nephews, Sherry House, Bryan Hollingshead, Shawn Riley (Jodell), Misty Brown (Travis), Shannon Neal (Steve), and Stephanie Gillenwater (Mark); sister-in-law, Deanna Hollingshead; along with several great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, R.A. Hollingshead.  Calling hours will be Friday, September 8th, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 2 p.m. with Pastor Don Kincaid officiating.  Burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
