Alyce Ann "Lisa" Ousley, age 72, of Wellston, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2024, at the SOMC Hospice Facility in Portsmouth, Ohio.  She was born August 4, 1952 in Wellston, Ohio to the late Samuel D. Womeldorf and Edith C. Reed Womeldorf.  Lisa was a 1970 graduate of Wellston High School.  She always enjoyed flower arranging and was the former owner of Lisa's Ladybug Flowers and Gifts in Wellston.  Lisa also enjoyed camping, watching T.V. and family gatherings; but most of all, she valued the time spent with her children and grandchildren.  Lisa is survived by her children, Rueben James Ousley, Lawrence Samuel Ousley (Holly), and Bobbie Lynn Ousley; step-daughters, Debbie Douglas and Roxane Stewart; sister, Brenda Saferstein; sister-in-law, Sandra Womeldorf; along with several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Lisa was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Ousley in 2000; brother, Winston Womeldorf; and brother-in-law, Mel Saferstein.  Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 21st, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will be Thursday, August 22nd, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in the Leamer Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
