Mark E. Jenkins, age 63, of Wellston, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at his home.  He was born April 24, 1958 in Monticello, Indiana to the late Jackie L. Jenkins and Elizabeth M. "Libby" Long Jenkins.  Mark was a 1977 graduate of Wellston High School.  He retired from Merillat Industries, where he was employed for 30 years.  Mark was an avid fan of all types of sports and enjoyed cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cincinnati Reds.  He loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews, who were all very special to him.  Most of all, Mark had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.  He is survived by his siblings, Susan Allman (Stan), Jack Jenkins (Lora) and Jerry Jenkins, all of Wellston; aunt, Helen Lambert of Republic, Missouri; along with several nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents, Mark was preceded in death by brother, John Jenkins; and nephew, Blake Jenkins.  A memorial service will be held Thursday, April 14 ^th , at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston with Pastor Josh Landrum officiating.  Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the memorial service.  Burial will follow in the Ridgewood Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
