Marsha S. (Helm) Henry, age 77, of Jackson, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2025 at the Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis Ohio. She was born August 4, 1948 in Gallipolis Ohio to the late Marion F. Helm and Elizabeth I. (Gast) Helm. Marsha graduated from Wellston High School with the Class of 1966. Marsha was a loving wife, mother and homemaker whose family was her main focus throughout her life. She started by raising her three beautiful children who she cherished. In 1992, she began her new role as "Nan" and was blessed with seven grandchildren which she adored and loved. In 2022, she was given yet another title of "Great Nan". Marsha loved life, loved her family and her abundance of friends. She had a big heart, and everyone loved her smile and sense of humor. Marsha is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, John L. Henry; son Jon Henry (Holly); daughter Marla Henry (Greg Denney), and son Richard Henry; grandchildren, Elizabeth Conley (Zach), Katelyn Henry, Alexis Henry, Nathan Ewing, Devan Davis, Jacob Henry (Leyla) and Kamryn Cox; 1 great-grandson, Greysen Donaldson, who kept a smile on her face every day. Also surviving are sisters-in-law, Dorothy Hall, Jeanie Henry and Edith Henry, along with numerous nieces and nephews who loved their "Aunt Marsh" with all their hearts. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant brother, Ivan Frederick Helm, sister, Sharon A. King, a brother she got to know later in life, Dick Garrett, and numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Wednesday, November 5, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Thursday, November 6, at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Mathews officiating. Burial will follow in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
