Mary Kathryn Freeman, age 65, of Wellston, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023, at her home.  She was born June 4, 1958 in Meigs Couty, Ohio, daughter of the late Daniel Curtis Pooler and Edith Juanita Jackson Pooler.  Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, taking care of the family pets, and spending time with her family.  She is survived by her children, Harry Freeman (Julie) of Wellston, Michael Freeman (Tamara Strickland) of Arkansas, and Jenni Freeman (Jake Jarret) of Florida; grandchildren, Lisa, Casey, Hailey, Draedyn, Alyiah, and Shawn; great-grandchildren, Blake and Tavis; brothers, Robert Pooler of Middleport and Michael Pooler of Racine; sister, June Windland of St. Petersburg, Florida; along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Kurt Pooler, James Pooler and Donald Pooler.  In keeping with Mary's wishes, cremation will follow her passing.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
