Michael T. Thompson, age 24, of McArthur, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024, surrounded by loved ones at his home.  He was born February 10, 1999 in Chillicothe, Ohio.  Michael was a 2018 graduate of Vinton County High School.  He loved listening to music and spending time with his family and friends.  Michael is survived by his mother, Patsy "Pat" Hamblin Thompson; brothers and sisters, Melissa Davis, Leslie Thompson, Angel Thompson, Kyle Simmons (Sydney), Mark Thompson, Doug Thompson, Eli Thompson, and Connor Thompson; special friend, Bob Taylor, along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his father, Marion "Tim" Thompson, Sr., and his grandparents.  Calling hours will be Tuesday, January 16th, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  A Celebration of Life service will follow at 2 p.m. with Pastor Barry Benson officiating.  Burial will be in the Coalton Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
