Norma Mae Lockard, age 94, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, Ohio.  She was born June 14, 1931 in Wellston, Ohio, daughter of the late Jacob Roy Kisor and Clara Payne Kisor.  Norma and her husband Dan were the founders of Wellston Aerosol Manufacturing Company and managed the day-to-day operations for many years.  Throughout the years, Norma enjoyed baking, crocheting, quilting and reading.  She loved to sing and could often be heard singing anything from her favorite church hymns to the Star-Spangled Banner.  Norma took pride in being a homemaker and tending to her family.  She is survived by children, Carol Rupert, Susan Brandeberry (Roger), and Tad Lockard; daughter-in-law, Sharon Lockard; sister, Virginia Patterson (Pete); along with 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Dan H. Lockard, Sr. in 2013; son, Dan H. Lockard, Jr.; son -in-law, Paul John Rupert; brothers, Roy Kisor and Jackob Kisor; and sisters, Helen Busick and Pauline Geer.  Calling hours will be Tuesday, February 10, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Canon Brent Sturm officiating.  Burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in Norma's memory be given to Holzer Hospice, 2881 St. Rt. 160, Gallipolis, Ohio 45631 or by visiting www.holzer.org.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
