Patsy Ann Choate, age 65, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  She was born September 16, 1955 in Wellston, Ohio, daughter of the late Clifford Leach and Leona Capp Purnell.  Patsy was a former employee of Pillsbury in Wellston for several years.  In her spare time Patsy always enjoyed watching T.V., playing baseball and taking care of all of  her animals.  She is survived by son, Billy Williams; daughter, Mary Choate; daughter-in-law, Rebecca Pierce; and great-grandchildren, Camilla, Quinton and Luke.  Besides her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by grandchildren, Baby Choate and Bret Pierce; as well as 1 sister and 2 brothers.  Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 9, 2021, from 3 to 5 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 5 p.m. with Pastor Steve Mathews officiating.  In keeping with Patsy's wishes, cremation will follow the service.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
