Patricia Ann "Patty" Wetzel Lambert, age 69, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2024, at her home.  She was born September 21, 1955 in St. Petersburg, Florida, daughter of the late Frank Wetzel and Margie Santmire.  Patty was a former home health aide for the Jackson County Senior Citizens as well as a former manager at Giovanni's in Jackson.  She was a great cook who enjoyed cooking for others and in her spare time she loved to go fishing.  From a young age, Patty was an animal lover and enjoyed taking care of her cats throughout her life.  She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Tracy Hamric; grandchildren, Keisha Crabtree, Mason Hamric (Kaylin) and Skyler Hamric; sister, Beverly Rickabaugh; brother, Bob Wetzel, along with several nieces, nephews and cousins, including special cousin, Karen Helmic.  Besides her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Wetzel.  Calling hours will be Monday, December 23rd, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Pastor John Pelletier officiating.  Burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
