Paul E. Webb, age 85, of McArthur, passed away Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at his home.  He was born March 13, 1936 in Radcliff, Ohio to the late Orville and Bernice (Zinn) Webb.  Paul graduated from McArthur High School in 1954.  He retired from Austin Powder, where he was employed for over 30 years, and was also a former part time employee at Crownover Lumber.  Paul was a faithful Christian who followed God and attended both Trinity Chapel in Jackson and Cornelius Chapel in Creola.  He was a big horse lover and trainer who years ago won the state championship in rodeo at the Ohio State Fair.  He was also a founding father of the Vinton County Horse Club.  Paul is survived by his wife, Linda Hayes Webb; brothers-in-law, Roderick Hayes (Sharon) and Danny Sayre (Debbie); along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great- nephews, cousins and close friends, including special great-nephew, Casey Sayre.  Besides his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his son, Heath Webb; and 8 siblings.  Calling hours will be Monday, November 8th, from 12 to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Rev.
