Ray Alva "Ray Bob" Spearry, Jr., age 63, of Wellston, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2024 at the home of his son in Londonderry.  He was born December 13, 1960 in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Ray Alva "Rosie" Spearry, Sr. and Alice E. Marquis Spearry.  Ray was a former employee of General Mills and Bellisio Foods.  He loved being outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and walking in the woods.  Ray also enjoyed tinkering on automobiles, and woodworking, especially making crafts and things from sticks that he would find outdoors.  Ray is survived by children, Mahala Wilkinson, Clint Williamson, and Colt Spearry (Rashawna); grandchildren, Emma, Naya, Journee, Nova, and Casen; siblings, Mike Barnhill (Tonda), Marilyn Hall (Orman), Gloria Wittkamp, Janice Fout, and Eric Spearry (Tina); along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Mason Spearry.  Calling hours will be Thursday, June 13th, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  A Celebration of Life service will follow the calling hours at 7 p.m. with Pastor Rick Kincaid officiating.  Following cremation, burial will be in the Salem Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
