Raymond Adkins, age 67, of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.  He was born April 6, 1954 in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Clarence Adkins and Nora Mae Fulk Adkins Aldridge.  Raymond was a hard working handyman and "jack of all trades" who enjoyed mowing, yard work, painting and helping others.  He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Irene and Randy Kent of Jackson; close friends, Phyllis King and Brian Bays; as well as several nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.  Besides his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by sisters, Geraldine Keeton, Vivian Moore and Bonnie Adkins; and brothers, Donald Adkins and Larry Adkins.  Calling hours will be Tuesday, October 26th, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 27th, at 10 a.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Fairmount Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
