Richard Allen "Ricky" Bartoe, Jr., age 43, of McArthur, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025.  He was born May 10, 1981 in Athens, Ohio to Richard Allen Bartoe, Sr. and Karen Kay LeMay Bartoe.  Ricky was a "Jack of all trades" including being a logger and a mechanic to name a few.  In his spare time, he enjoyed buggy riding, fishing and hunting.  Ricky is survived by his parents, Richard and Karen Bartoe; son, Zach Bartoe (Lily); daughter, Jaylynn Bartoe; sister, Jessica Prater (Aaron); nephews, Darrick Prater (Courtney) and Lealand Prater; niece, Tyra Prater; great-niece, Violet Prater; along with several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Sara R. Chesser Bartoe, and son, Isaiah Bartoe.  Calling hours will be Friday, May 2nd, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  A Celebration of Life service will follow the calling hours at 6 p.m. with his sister, Jessica Prater, officiating.  Cremation will follow the service.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
