Scott Alan McLain, age 59, of Wellston, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Edgewood Manor in Wellston.  He was born June 26, 1962 in Wellston, Ohio to Marvin C. McLain and Wanda M. Napper McLain.  Scott was a Jack of All Trades and was a member of Carpenter's Local Union #200.  He loved racing cars and motorcycles, riding his Harley, watching sports and NASCAR, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and his dog, Mayham.  Scott is survived by his parents, Marvin and Wanda McLain; son, Corey McLain (April); sister, Angela Israel; niece, Chantel Israel; nephew, J.C. Black; as well as 2 great-nieces,1 great-nephew and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 2 ^nd , from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will be Thursday, February 3 ^rd , at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor John Pelletier officiating.  Burial will be in the Hamden Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions be given to the funeral home to help with expenses.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
