Shanon Heath Walton, age 46, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022, at the Holzer Medical Center in Jackson.  He was born February 12, 1976 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Stephen Edward Walton and Martha Ann Willis.  Shanon was a 1994 graduate of Wellston High School and a former employee of Mills Pride and Sands Hill Coal Company.  Shanon enjoyed sports of all types, as well as going hunting and fishing.  He is survived by his mother, Martha Willis; wife, Kimberly Dawn Robinette Walton; children, Tori Walton (Shane Leach), Katie Walton, Nikki Walton, Lindsay Walton (Jeremiah Freeze), Casey Walton and Jacob Walton; grandchildren, William, Holden and Lennox; and siblings, Miranda Healey and Kasey Walton.  Shanon was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Walton, and grandparents, Ed and Lee Anna Willis and Fannie Walton.  Calling hours will be Tuesday, December 27th, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  A Celebration of Life service will follow the calling hours at 6 p.m. with Pastor Tim Jones officiating.  Cremation will follow the service.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
