Shirley S. Riley, age 76, of Vinton, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at the Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis, Ohio.  She was born November 18, 1948 in Wayne County, West Virginia to the late John C. Williamson and Norma June Marcum Williamson.  Shirley was a hard-working person all her life and was the former owner of Frank's Restaurant in Columbus.  She is survived by her sons, David Cardwell (Karen) and Ron Cardwell; brothers, Donnie Tanner, Barry Dingess and Dennis Williamson; sisters, Peggy Reynolds and Vicki Tucker, along with 6 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Cardwell and Frank Riley; brothers, Dean Williamson and Jack Williamson; and 1 granddaughter.  Calling hours will be Monday, April 28th, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Pastor Tim Jones officiating.  Burial will be in the Cardwell Family Cemetery.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
