Steven Charles Gillman, Sr., age 62, of South Bloomingville, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at his residence.  He was born January 4, 1959 in Franklin County, Ohio, son of the late Charles and Dorothy (Stevens) Gillman.  Steve was a laborer who had a heart of gold, and he always enjoyed riding motorcycles and working on cars.  He is survived by his son, Cody Gillman of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Vinny Branson and Maleah Hambrick; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy and Terry Gill of Wellston; niece, Penny Williams (Mark) of Wellston; along with several great-nieces and great- nephews.  Besides his parents, Steve was preceded in death by his son, Steve Gillman, Jr.  In keeping with Steve's request, his body was cremated.  Private burial at the convenience of the family will be in the Lebanon Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
