Teddy Allen Runyon, age 64, of Waverly, passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.  He was born July 26, 1956 in Vinton County, Ohio, to the late Albert Junior Runyon and Sue Arbaugh Runyon.  Ted was a 1974 graduate of Vinton County High School and a veteran of the United States Army.  He was a former employee for the Vinton County Water Department and a former bus driver for Vinton County Schools.  Ted enjoyed fishing and motorcycle riding, and he loved to watch Westerns on T.V.  He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 5299 and the Eagles Lodge, both in McArthur.  Ted is survived by his wife, Lori Exline Runyon; children, Teddy Runyon, Jr., Crystal Runyon and Jessica Runyon, all of Cleveland; step-daughters, Christy Denney and Heather Swain, both of Jackson; grandchildren, Kaylee Derrow, Lexie Swain, Bradon Swain and Kynlee Denney; great-granddaughter, Lillie Kay Derrow; and sister, Pam Runyon of Vinton County.  Besides his parents, Ted was preceded in death by his siblings, Nick Runyon, Kenny Runyon and Debbie Runyon.  In keeping with Ted wishes, his body was cremated.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
