Vickie Lynn Osborne, age 67, of Jackson, passed away Monday, January 20, 2020, at the Holzer Medical Center in Jackson, Ohio.  She was born April 14, 1952 in St. Albans, West Virginia to the late Thomas and Almeda Jeffries Walker.  Vickie was a 1970 graduate of Jackson High School.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who in her younger years was also a telephone operator.  Vickie, a lover of animals, enjoyed watching the birds, taking care of stray animals and spending time with her family.  She attended Hillside Chapel Church.  Vickie is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ronald E. Osborne; children, Lori Lee Osborne, Jennifer Michelle Osborne and Ronald E. Osborne, Jr., all of Jackson; grandchildren, Caitlain Osborne, Faith Sharp, Brooklyn Sharp, Lilu Yoshimi Osborne, and Ronald Odin Osborne; and great-grandchildren, Ekka, Zaiylin, Paiszley,Colleigh, Baylee and Brently.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jon Walker.  Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 P.M. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Funeral service will be Friday, at 1 P.M. at the McWilliams Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Osborne Family Cemetery.
