William Joseph Osborne, age 64, of Ray, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January 20, 2022, while enjoying a Caribbean cruise with family and friends.  He was born April 17, 1957 in Elkhorn, West Virginia, son of the late Orville and Pearl Ina (Dillion) Osborne.  Will was a veteran of the United States Army who served during the Vietnam War.  He always enjoyed going hunting and fishing and spending time with his family and friends.  He is survived by his children, Leroy Osborne (Brittany), Jaime Osborne, and Joseph Osborne; grandchildren, Maddison "Ethel" Young, Patrick "Slick" Osborne, Kinsley Osborne, Olsen Osborne and Olivia Barnhart; brother, Thomas Osborne; sisters, Peggy Rice (Donald) and Valerie Kalehuanani Kahoano; close friends, Mark Fout and Chasitiy Sowers; as well as several nieces and nephews, including special niece, Misty Greely, and his loving companion, his dog, Franklin.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Osborne, and niece, Autumn Coleman.  Graveside service, with military honors, will be Monday, February 7 ^th at 2 p.m. at the Fairview Cemetery in Ray.  Arrangements are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.  Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.mcwilliams-funeralhome.com.
